Jet-Ops FZE is a Dubai based company established by Mr Stuart Wheeler in 2005. Jet-Ops FZE holds a UAE Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and started operations in 2007. Jet-Ops FZE is owned by Air Charter Management (Arabia), a major Aviation services company based in the British Virgin Islands since 1994.

Our Pilots are amongst the world’s most skilled seaplane pilots. Between them they have accrued over 36,000 hours of flying time. They provide an unrivalled level of expertise, local knowledge and peace of mind to our passengers.

CEO
Mr Stuart Wheeler
Stuart is the Shareholder, Director and CEO of the ACI Group of companies as well as the founder of Jet-Ops FZE. With more than 40 years of experience in the Aviation Industry, he represents the heart of Jet-Ops. Stuart is a visionary entrepreneur who devotes his time and efforts in making Jet-Ops a successful company.
Before laying the foundation for Jet-Ops he was associated with Airbus Industrie, Dan Air Services, Caledonian International Airlines, Donaldson International, and Trans International Airways. He graduated in Strategic Studies and International Relations from Coventry University, United-Kingdom.
