Job Title: Engineer – B1&B2  / B2

Position: Full-time

Reporting to: Director of Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:  The work will involve:

  • Inspection and maintenance of the aircraft in accordance with the approved maintenance program (to be carried out at our designated maintenance providers facility)
  • Supervision of the departure of the aircraft in the morning including compressor washes.
  • Supervision and cleaning of the aircraft after operation in the evening and rectification of any defects.
  • Other duties as necessary to ensure the smooth operation in various locations

Minimum requirements:

  • Professionally Qualified EASA/UK/equivalent (Part 66) B2 Aircraft Engineer
  • Type-rated on Cessna C 208 with PT6A-114A engine on B2 Avionics License
  • Recent C 208 experience is mandatory
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Hangar/Line maintenance
  • Maintenance of tools and ground equipment
  • Experience in Sheet metal work and corrosion experience highly desirable
  • In good all-round health and physically capable of performing aircraft maintenance tasks
  • Willing to travel to other destinations in Europe for summer projects – if required for operational requirement
  • Desirable :
    • Experience with Engine trend monitoring
    • Experience with Wipaire floats

Job Title: Quality & Safety Engineer

Reporting to: Director – Quality & Safety

Location: Dubai, U.A.E

Job Responsibilities : The work will involve:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the annual audit plan, conducting quality and safety audits and aircraft product audits within the scope of the Jet Ops approvals
  • Review and verification of corrective and preventative actions taken by the responsible department manager
  • Assist in the review and processing of safety reports, identifying hazards and mitigating risk to ALARP
  • The preparation and provision of quality and safety training presentations
  • The promotion, feedback and continuous improvement of the Jet Ops safety management system
  • Assisting in the renewal and issue of company approvals and authorizations.
  • Assist in establishing and controlling the management-of-change of company manuals, procedures and forms.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the Jet Ops Hazard Risk Register
  • Maintaining approvals of vendors and sub-contractors
  • Any other duties related to the Quality and Safety functions within Jet Ops FZE

Candidate profile:

  • ICAO LAME or relevant degree holder
  • Successful completion of a Quality System Course, e.g. : Auditor/Lead Auditor course
  • 5 years work experience in aircraft maintenance and repair environment (Line Maintenance, Component Workshops, Technical Support, Technical Records and Maintenance Planning)
  • Experience in Management and Quality Control/ Quality Assurance activities of aircraft maintenance and repair organizations
  • Thorough knowledge of International and National Civil Aviation Legislation
